CFN 107's Data/IT staff helps our schools with creating new accounts for authorized school staff — as designated by the principals — for access to Automate the Schools (ATS), the Student Information System (SIS), Summer School, Basic Educational Data System (BEDS), Student Transcript and Academic Recording System (STARS), Financial Accounting Management Information System (FAMIS), Employee Information System (EIS), Galaxy, Special Education Student Information System (SESIS), Outlook E-mail, ARIS, and NY State Testing
and Reporting tool (nySTART).
Additionally, the CFN 107 team helps school maintaining existing accounts through changes of location, title, access level, etc. We also support user applications by providing direct support (phone, e-mail and fax) to users to resolve any problems in maintaining full use of the ATS, STARS, and Outlooks email. The team can also assist with resetting passwords for above
DOE employee user accounts.
