New York State Teacher Evaluation
New York State on May 16, 2011 passed Education Law 3012-c which provides regulations for implementing a statewide teacher and principal performance evaluation system that includes multiple measures of educator effectiveness. On February 16, 2012 the law was amended to resolve the issues in New York State United Teachers, et. al v. Board of Regents. The amendment is known as Subpart 30-2.
