Special Education Compliance
CFN 107 provides support to our schools in the various areas of Special Education compliance. We monitor reports on IEPs being completed on time, Evaluations being completed on time, delivery of SETSS (Special Education Teacher Support Services) and ELL (English Language Learner) services, as well as receipt of related services. It is the responsibility of each school to monitor its own compliance and not rely on CFN 107 emails to look at these reports.
